What are the arrival and departure times?

Your keys will be given to you between 5 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. on the day of your arrival and must be returned no later than 10 a.m. on the day of your departure.

  • Yes except at the Cloître des Dominicains, in the studios at Moulin de César and in the cabins at Suze Luxe Nature
  • Reception is limited to one animal/family/accommodation.
  • Mandatory presentation of up-to-date vaccination record.
  • Animal kept on a leash inside the holiday village and campsite.
  • Access to collective premises, entertainment rooms and restaurants prohibited.
  • Payment of the animal package on arrival

Yes in all our formulas

When renting, the maintenance of your accommodation is your responsibility during your stay. The accommodation must be left clean upon your departure. For your convenience, we offer a paid cleaning package.

In full board or half board, the end-of-stay cleaning service is included in the price of the stay. However, the maintenance of your accommodation is your responsibility for the duration of your stay.

What is a group for Escapade?

A group is made up of at least 20 paying people and whose payment is paid by a single entity.

  • By holiday checks sent by registered mail with AR. In the event of loss, Escapade declines all responsibility.

Yes. Families receiving VACAF assistance pay for their stay after deducting the VACAF assistance they receive. Any reservation for a VACAF recipient can only be made by telephone with our reservation service on 04 90 36 52 20

For any reservation made online on our website, the first deposit of 30% must be paid at the time of purchase by credit card.

For all reservations (families or individuals) with our reservation service, the first deposit of 30% must be paid within 7 days. The balance must be paid 1 month before your arrival.
For all group reservations with our reservations department, the first deposit is 25% within 10 days, the second deposit is 50% one month before arrival and the balance on site.

Catering

Which holiday villages offer catering?

We offer a catering service in our 2 holiday villages: Le Cloître des Dominicains and Le Moulin de César. A restaurant open to all is at your disposal at Suze Luxe Nature.
If you have opted for rental, you can take advantage of our catering service: see directly at the holiday village reception.

Yes. ¼ wine and 1 coffee/person included with meals taken in our holiday residences.

Breakfast is served in the restaurant from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. in buffet style. If you want a special schedule, it’s possible! Go to reception to request one.
Lunch is taken in the restaurant from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. You can also have packed lunches (on simple request BEFORE your arrival from our reservations department)
Dinner is served in the restaurant from 7 p.m. to 8 p.m. Our chefs will be keen to introduce you to their regional specialties, and upon prior reservation they will adapt to your diets (salt-free, food allergies, vegetarians) and your activities (sports menus).

Animation

Do you offer a children's club? entertainment?

No, no specific entertainment for children. The Cloître des Dominicains offers family activities during the summer period (from July 1 to August 31).

Le Moulin de César and Suze Luxe Nature do not offer entertainment.

The Buis-les-Baronnies Holiday Village offers family activities in July-August from Monday to Friday (day and evening). Our BAFA qualified facilitators offer numerous activities adapted to everyone.

The entertainers adapt according to the people and the age of the holidaymakers.
