GENERAL CONDITIONS FOR INDIVIDUAL RESERVATIONS

Our general conditions of sale apply within the framework of the regulations in force and, in particular, decree n°94.490 of June 15, 1994. The purchase of a stay implies on the part of the buyer the acceptance of all the provisions of the general conditions of sale below.

1- Reservation and payment for family and individual stays

The reservation becomes firm when a deposit of the price of the stay has been returned to SARL ESCAPADE or to CAMPING DEVELOPPEMENT – CAMPING SUZE LUXE NATURE within 7 days following dispatch of the contract. After this period, the contract is considered canceled and the reserved place is once again offered for sale. For reservations made less than 30 days before the start of the stay, full payment of the stay is requested when booking. Holiday vouchers are accepted.

1.1 Means of reservation

Reservations for stays can be made by mail, email, or fax and must indicate the precise number of people, the service chosen as well as the type of accommodation. The telephone call allows you to obtain additional information to that contained in the sales brochures.

1.2 Reservation proposal

After telephone call or written request, a quote or a reservation contract will be sent by SARL ESCAPADE or SAS CAMPING DEVELOPPEMENT– CAMPING SUZE LUXE NATURE. It will include a list of the different elements constituting the stay as well as the financial conditions granted.

1.3 Confirmation

The reservation becomes firm when a deposit of the price of the stay and a copy of the contract signed by the customer have been returned to SARL ESCAPADE or SAS CAMPING DEVELOPPEMENT– CAMPING SUZE LUXE NATURE within 10 days of sending the contract. After this period, the contract is considered canceled and the reserved places are once again offered for sale.

1.4 Stay regulations

Payment of the 1st deposit, i.e. 25% of the total amount of the stay, upon reservation. Payment of a second deposit, i.e. 50% of the total amount of the stay, 30 days before the start of the stay. Payment of the balance at the end of the stay, upon presentation of a summary invoice for the entire service. Failure to pay the second deposit before arrival may result in non-access to the Residences and be considered a last minute cancellation.

2. Arrivals for family and individual stays

The customer must arrive on the day and time mentioned. A deadline of 24 hours is granted. After this period, and without notice to SARL ESCAPADE or SAS CAMPING DEVELOPPEMENT – CAMPING SUZE LUXE NATURE, the reservation will be canceled. No refund can be made. During summer school holidays, stays start from 5 p.m. and end at 10 a.m. on the last day. If you arrive before 5 p.m., your accommodation may not be ready. Outside of these periods, reception possibilities mentioned in our brochure. No refund can be taken into account for early departure. In boarding: the first service is dinner (except in special cases mentioned in the reservation contract) and the last service, on the day of departure, lunch. However, we can offer you, after agreement with our reservation department, a service adapted to the organization of your trip (possible supplement to be paid on site). Reception in establishments takes place until 7:30 p.m. Beyond this time, no reception possible.

3. Cancellation of family and individual stays

More than 45 days before the date, 5% of the total amount of the stay will be retained. Between 45 days and more than 30 days before the departure date, 25% of the total amount of the stay will be retained. Between 30 days and more than 10 days before the departure date, 50% of the total amount of the stay will be retained. 10 days before the departure date, 100% of the total amount of the stay will be retained. No-show, without agreement with the reservation, within 24 hours following the start date of the stay, and/or the waiver and/or interruption of the current stay, is equivalent to a cancellation.

4. Modification

In the event that the stay is modified on essential elements, before its start, due to SARL ESCAPADE or SAS CAMPING DEVELOPPEMENT – CAMPING SUZE LUXE NATURE or the service provider, the customer can, within 7 days after being informed:

  • either end the reservation and the deposit paid will be returned in full,
  • or agree to participate in the modified stay by signing an amendment to the contract, specifying the modifications made and the reduction or increase in the price that these entail.

5. Family and individual stay services

The maintenance of your rental is your responsibility during your stay. To ensure the reception of subsequent tenants, your rental must be left clean when you leave. For your convenience, we offer a paid cleaning package: consult your campsite reception. Possible rental of baby beds and chairs at your campsite reception subject to sufficient stock at the time of request.

6. Content of stays

  • Accommodation rental: provision of a studio, a room, lodge or cabin. Sheets and towels are provided – beds made.
  • Pitch rental: provision of bare pitches with water and electricity.

7a. Deposit for family and individual stays

No deposit, but we ask that the accommodation be left clean. Possibility of booking a cleaning service when booking.

8. Supplements

  • Municipal tourist tax: On all our sites, a decree from the Mayor requires holidaymakers to pay a tourist tax. The amount of this is to be paid on site (except in special cases mentioned in the quote or reservation proposal).
  • Animal package (except at the Cloître des Dominicains and in the Moulin de César studios): €45 per week or €7/day (short stays). This welcome implies compliance with strict rules: 1 animal/accommodation, presentation of vaccination record.
  • Cancellation insurance: this insurance is not included in our prices, but it can be taken out when signing the contract (contact us) or when booking via our website.

9. Insurance

Insurance, repatriation and cancellation guarantees are not included. The management of our facilities cannot be held responsible for theft or damage to personal objects both inside and outside the campsite. It is not recommended to bring valuable items or large sums of money. Holidaymakers at LE CLOITRE DES DOMINICAINS, LE MOULIN DE CESAR and the SUZE LUXE NATURE campsite benefit for the duration of their stay from the operator’s civil liability guarantee for any bodily injury or material damage for which SARL ESCAPADE and SAS CAMPING DEVELOPPEMENT – CAMPING SUZE LUXE NATURE would be held responsible to them.

9a – Cancellation insurance

SARL ESCAPADE or SAS CAMPING DEVELOPPEMENT – CAMPING SUZE LUXE NATURE strongly advise you to take out cancellation insurance from the reservation department, in order to benefit from their guarantees. This insurance is optional and can be taken out upon simple request from you. The customer is offered optional cancellation insurance as part of the services sold. The SARL subscribes to GRITCHEN AFFINITY insurance 27 rue Charles Durand – CS 70139 – 18021 BOURGES Cedex.

10. Complaints

When entering the rental premises, report missing items, breakages, various anomalies or poorly done cleaning to reception within 72 hours, after checking the inventory. Otherwise, you would be held responsible and the host could claim the amount of the damage. No complaint can be taken into account after the stay if it has not been made at the reception point and at our offices at the start of the stay. Complaints which arise during the execution of the Contract must be lodged as soon as possible, following the discovery of the failure concerned, with the and, where applicable, with any other service provider concerned, so that a solution can be sought immediately.
